  • No Returns on Opened Products

Due to food safety issues, we cannot accept returns of any product once its original seal or packaging has been opened.

  • Proof of Purchase

To process your refund, we require proof of purchase, such as your Order Number.

 

  • Return Instructions

  • Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed promptly, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

  • Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as there may be a delay in posting.

  3. Reach out to your bank to confirm the transaction status.

  • Damaged on Arrival

            If you receive a damaged product, please take clear photos of the item and its packaging, and contact us immediately at support@pawizon.com for assistance.

  • Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, contact us at support@pawizon.com.

Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

  • Subscriptions

    • Subscriptions include repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

    • Payment details are stored securely and charged per delivery unless paid in advance.

    • Some subscriptions may auto-renew. To avoid renewal, cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

    • Subscriptions can be canceled or changed anytime using the link in your order confirmation email.

  • Pre-Orders

    • Pre-orders apply to out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available products.

    • At checkout, you may be charged a partial deposit or no payment, with the remaining balance charged when the item ships.

    • Unfulfilled pre-orders with partial payments can be canceled. Fulfilled pre-orders cannot be canceled but may qualify for a refund. Refer to our Refund Policy above for more details.
